prepard Tehri for the first time in this trip .. although i did take cookery notes last time on Tehri Preparation .. but now i have lost those notes and don’t remember a thing ..

anyways .. followed the golden rule of “JO BHI MASALA DEEKHE DAL DO” .. so jo jo saaame dikha woh daal diya .. aur theek thaak hi ban gaya tha .. (mere ko bari tez bhookh lagi thi, so kharab bana hoga to pata nahin laga) ..

plans to do further research & experiments on Tehri in coming two weeks ..

My project has been officially declared to go into suspension mode. So, my this trip to Netherlands may cut short.

Things will become more clear in coming 1-2 weeks.
